Cupertino and San Jose Location Job Description About The Original Facial Bar:

The Original Facial Bar specializes in providing high-tech facials, utilizing the latest in technology and high-quality Ingredients. "We are passionate about skincare and love what we do!" We are looking for self-motivated, eager-to-learn, dedicated, and reliable estheticians to join our team!

Duties:

Perform a skin analysis, perform exfoliating facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, extractions, and massage Promote the benefits of skincare products, and educate clients on the importance of getting regular facials specific to each client and recommend frequency. Demonstrate to the client how to properly maintain a skincare regimen at home and recommend products for home use. Adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the esthetics services provided, including following any applicable law on maintaining the current Esthetics License. Recommend appropriate skincare regimen for clients Sanitize tools, equipment, and work area. Assist in customer service, scheduling appointments, and check-out. Communicate to clients the current promotions and explain the company loyalty program. Document the progress of skin treatments by following protocol for taking pictures of clients and maintaining good record keeping in the clients' profiles located in our booking software. Brainstorm and implement strategies for client retention. •The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Job Qualifications:

Must have a valid cosmetology license or esthetician license in the state of CA.

Requirements:

Must have completed the Esthetics program and must know all Esthetics theory covered in the Milady Esthetics book. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and bend/stretch to stock shelves We have two locations, one is in San Jose and one in Cupertino. Applicants must be flexible to cover shifts in one or both of our two locations.
