This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled injector who enjoys delivering natural-looking results while working alongside a highly respected facial plastic surgeon in a boutique, patient-focused environment. We are looking for someone who is not only an exceptional injector but also a true team player who is excited to help grow the practice and provide an outstanding patient experience. Responsibilities Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox®, Daxxify®, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic injectables. Perform aesthetic laser treatments including IPL, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other energy-based treatments. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans. Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, and post-treatment care. Capture before-and-after photographs and maintain accurate medical documentation. Work closely with the physician and office staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Assist in all areas of the office as needed. We are a team-oriented practice, and every member is expected to contribute to the success of the office. Help maintain a full treatment schedule by providing outstanding patient care, encouraging patient retention, and participating in practice growth initiatives. Create and post engaging social media content on a weekly basis to promote treatments, educate patients, and showcase results. Attend occasional evening trainings, educational events, and workshops to stay current on the latest products, laser technology, and injection techniques. Qualifications Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience required. Extensive experience with neurotoxins (Botox®, Daxxify®, etc.) and dermal fillers. Experience performing aesthetic laser treatments, including IPL, laser hair removal, and skin rejuvenation procedures. Strong understanding of facial anatomy and safe injection techniques. Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills. Sales-minded with the ability to build patient relationships and maintain a loyal clientele. Professional, polished, dependable, and compassionate. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed. Comfortable creating engaging social media content. Willing to continue learning and attend evening educational trainings as needed.
