As an Aesthetic Injector, you will utilize your nursing expertise to administer advanced injectables, including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, ensuring safe and effective results for our clients. Responsibilities Administer injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers with precision and care, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures including chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, and laser treatments to enhance client appearance. Provide comprehensive consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures using salon management software like Millennium or similar platforms. Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and product recommendations to ensure optimal results. Uphold strict sanitation and sterilization standards to guarantee a safe environment for both clients and staff. Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and build lasting relationships. Skills Licensed nursing qualification with experience in aesthetic or cosmetic procedures. Proficiency in injection administration techniques for Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic injectables. Knowledge of laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, Radiofrequency skin resurfacing, skin resurfacing lasers, and other esthetic treatments. Familiarity with salon software such as GlossGenius for scheduling and client management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. 2-3 years Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on esthetic treatments and retail sales. Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining client trust. Excellent sanitation practices combined with knowledge of health regulations related to nursing and cosmetology fields.
