Experienced Esthetician & Lash Technician

Position Overview We are currently seeking a licensed Esthetician and Lash Technician to join our team as an independent contractor (1099) . This is an ideal opportunity for a professional who already has an established clientele and is looking to operate in a beautiful, upscale setting while increasing their income and brand presence.

Compensation Commission Split:

60/40 (Technician receives 60%) Keep 100% of your tips Opportunity to increase earnings based on performance and clientele growth Requirements (Must Meet All) Licensing & Certifications Active and valid California Esthetician License (required) Certification in Eyelash Extensions (Classic, Hybrid, Volume preferred) Additional certifications in advanced skincare treatments (facials, peels, etc.) are a plus Insurance & Legal Compliance Must carry current professional liability insurance Must operate as an independent contractor (1099) in compliance with California law Must follow all California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology regulations, including sanitation and safety standards Experience & Business Readiness Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience Must have an existing client base Must maintain an active social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Strong portfolio of work (photos/videos of services) Responsibilities Provide high-quality esthetic and/or lash services Maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional workspace Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with a luxury brand Actively promote services and bring in clientele Manage your own bookings and client relationships Ideal Candidate Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passionate about beauty, wellness, and client experience Aligned with a calm, spa-like, and elevated atmosphere Committed to personal and professional growth What We Offer Beautiful, luxury-designed workspace Supportive and professional environment Brand alignment with a growing wellness-focused business Opportunities for collaboration and exposure How to Apply Please submit the following: Resume/CV Copy of valid license and certifications Proof of liability insurance Social media handle(s) Portfolio of your work Final Note This is not an entry-level position.
