In this vital role, you will support physicians and become part of an aesthetic team by delivering exceptional client service, managing medical documentation, and ensuring smooth operations. You'll be at the forefront of delivering compassionate, efficient aesthetic services while learning the latest in aesthetic technology and technique. Duties Assist with client intake by collecting vital signs, updating medical histories, and preparing clients for examinations or procedures Perform clinical tasks such as T-Shape 2 and Stemwave treatment in a safe and comfort environment Support physicians with procedures in aesthetic services such but not limited to: Attiva, T-Shape and stemwave Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring accurate documentation of client encounters, medical histories, and treatment plans Maintain medical records meticulously, including lab results, and imaging reports Provide exceptional client service by answering questions, coordinating appointments, and facilitating smooth client flow within the facility Qualifications Proven experience in medical office settings with strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems and electronic health records management tools Experience working in aesthetic centers and client service environments is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to provide outstanding client care and collaborate effectively with aesthetic team Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication enhances client experiences and supports life style changes.
