Tustin, CA Job Details Full-time $30 - $50 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Esthetician License Full Job Description Navila Aesthetic Lounge is a growing medical aesthetics practice serving the Irvine / Newport Beach area. We offer advanced skin treatments, injectables, laser services, and personalized aesthetic care in a warm, client-focused environment.
- Responsibilities
- Perform facials, chemical peels, micro-needling, dermaplaning, and other skin treatments Conduct skin consultations and create customized treatment plans Operate laser and energy-based devices (training provided on specific platforms) Educate clients on skincare regimens and recommend retail products Maintain accurate treatment records and uphold strict hygiene protocols Support front-desk flow: rebooking, follow-ups, and client retention •Qualifications•Valid California Esthetician license (required) 2+ years of experience in a med spa or dermatology setting preferred Familiarity with laser/IPL, RF microneedling, or HydraFacial a plus Strong communication skills; Mandarin or other second language a plus Professional appearance and a genuine passion for aesthetics •What We Offer•Competitive hourly pay + commission on services and retail Flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time available) Ongoing training on advanced devices and techniques Supportive team culture with room to grow
