Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Consultant & Esthetician/Body Contouring Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical aesthetics, sales, and body contouring, along with a passion for delivering results-driven treatments. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, developing personalized treatment plans for patients, and managing patient relationships while working with a high-performing team. A deep understanding of non-invasive body contouring procedures, skin tightening, and injectables is essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership :

Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and exceed sales targets through effective consultations and follow-ups.

Patient Relationship Building :

Cultivate lasting relationships with new and existing patients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Treatment Planning :

Work directly with patients to assess their body contouring goals, medical history, and suitability for various treatments, crafting tailored plans for optimal results.

Collaboration :

Partner with other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience across all touchpoints—from consultation through aftercare.

Education & Training :

Regularly conduct internal training sessions to enhance the sales team's knowledge of products, services, and effective selling techniques.

Industry Expertise :

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in medical aesthetics, body contouring, and injectables to effectively communicate with patients.

Patient Support :

Provide detailed pre- and post-treatment instructions and guidance to ensure patients have a safe and comfortable experience.

Performance Tracking :

Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and progress to track outcomes and inform future consultations.

Qualifications:

Experience :

At least 3 years of sales experience in a medical aesthetics, spa, or luxury service environment.

Sales Success :

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in selling service packages and converting leads.

Patient-Centric Approach :

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Aesthetic Knowledge :

Solid understanding of body contouring techniques, skin tightening, injectables, and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures.

Leadership :

Strong leadership skills with experience managing or motivating a team to achieve sales goals.
