The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare, threading and beauty treatments, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing clients with an outstanding experience. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of services, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting our range of products. Responsibilities Perform skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion. Should be proficient in HydraFacial Machine Operation Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about skincare products Administer dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments as required. Utilize hair threading or other techniques for hair removal services. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent guest services and hospitality. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments. Qualifications (min 1 yr of experience) Valid esthetician license in the state of practice. Proven experience in customer service within the beauty or wellness industry. Knowledge of color theory and its application in makeup artistry. Familiarity with various skincare products and their benefits. Strong communication skills with an ability to connect with clients effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed. Previous experience with product demos is a plus. A passion for beauty, wellness, and helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
