This opportunity is ideal for an established esthetician with at least 2-3 years of professional experience who values quality over quantity, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and is looking for a more intentional work environment. Position Details Part-time position to start Sundays, Mondays & Tuesdays Appointment-based schedule only $20 per hour for scheduled services 28% service commission 10% retail commission 100% of tips retained Opportunity for additional days as the studio expands Because this is an appointment-based position, earnings will vary based on the number of clients serviced. As a growing boutique studio, we are actively building our client base and do not currently operate at the volume of a large spa or franchise. Qualifications Licensed California Esthetician Minimum 2-3 years of professional esthetics experience required Existing clientele Experience performing customized facials, skincare treatments, and brow services Strong consultation and client retention skills Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and emotional maturity Maintains a clean, organized, and professional workspace Passionate about creating exceptional client experiences Our Approach We believe exceptional client care starts with creating an exceptional environment for both clients and providers. About Uplifted Studio Uplifted Studio was founded by esthetician Andrea Contreras, a graduate of the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics with more than 20 years of industry experience. After years of working in fast-paced spa environments, she created Uplifted Studio to offer a more intentional approach to skincare, one that prioritizes personalized care, meaningful client relationships, and a supportive environment for both clients and providers. Uplifted Studio is a private, appointment-only facial, skincare and brow studio designed to provide a calm, personalized experience. Created as an alternative to the traditional high-volume, fast-paced spa model, our space allows both clients and providers to slow down, connect, and focus on quality care.
