+ Skincare is growing, and we are looking for two part-time team members who are interested in building a long-term career in esthetics. We are hiring candidates at two different stages of their esthetics career: Position 1: Receptionist / Future Esthetician This position is ideal for someone who is currently attending esthetics school, graduating soon, or newly licensed and wants an opportunity to get their foot in the door of an established skincare business. You will begin in a front-desk/reception role, where you'll learn our clientele, booking systems, services, products, client communication, and daily operations. Our goal is to develop the right person into an esthetician position once they are licensed, trained, and ready to begin taking clients.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in clients Scheduling, rescheduling, and managing appointments Answering phones and responding to client inquiries Providing excellent customer service Maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming front desk and common areas Learning our services, products, policies, and booking system Supporting our estheticians and overall daily operations Eventually training in our sugaring techniques and services Position 2: Licensed Sugaring Esthetician This position is for a California-licensed esthetician with previous body sugaring experience who is ready to begin working with clients. You should be comfortable performing Brazilian and full-body sugaring services and providing a professional, welcoming experience for a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities include:

Performing professional body sugaring services Brazilian and full-body sugaring Educating clients on proper aftercare Recommending appropriate services and retail products Maintaining clean and properly sanitized treatment rooms Building strong client relationships and encouraging rebooking Providing consistent, high-quality client experiences Working collaboratively with the rest of the True Sugaring
