Aesthetician

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Aesthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in skincare and cosmetic services will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. As an Aesthetician, you will also educate clients on skincare routines, recommend products, and provide personalized consultations to ensure their aesthetic goals are achieved with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures to improve skin health and appearance Demonstrate product demos, educate clients on skincare routines, and recommend retail products tailored to individual needs Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring their experience is positive, personalized, and memorableRequirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state or local regulations Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly and professional manner Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe treatment environment at all times Ability to communicate effectively to explain procedures, answer questions, and provide skincare advice confidently Experience in retail sales of skincare products is preferred but not required Excellent manual dexterity combined with a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality treatments consistently Join us in creating radiant experiences for our clients!
