• Waxing & Brow Specialist Compensation:

• 40 per hour (base pay, tips, and commission) About the Opportunity Waxed + Bronzed is expanding and looking for a licensed esthetician to join our Boulder studio.

We're seeking someone who enjoys building client relationships, takes pride in delivering consistent results, and has experience providing professional waxing services. This position is ideal for an esthetician who is confident performing Brazilian waxes and brow shaping while working in a professional, client-focused environment. What You'll Do Perform Brazilian waxing and facial waxing services Provide eyebrow shaping and grooming services with precision and attention to detail Educate clients on aftercare and recommended products Assist with front desk support, client check-out, and appointment management as needed Participate in retail sales and product recommendations Maintain treatment rooms, restock supplies, and uphold studio cleanliness standards Contribute to a positive, welcoming experience for every client Additional Services Our studio also offers: Custom airbrush spray tanning Lash and brow tinting Lash lifts Brow laminations Brow henna treatments Training may be available for qualified candidates interested in expanding their skill set. Qualifications Active Colorado Esthetician License At least six months of professional waxing experience Comfortable performing Brazilian waxing services independently Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, organized, and self-directed Availability that includes evenings and/or weekends Preferred Experience Hard wax experience Speed waxing techniques Existing clientele or demonstrated ability to build a loyal client base Experience with advanced brow services Compensation & Benefits This position offers a combination of hourly pay, gratuities, and retail commission, with team members typically earning between $30 and $40 per hour.
