Medical Aesthetician / Laser Specialist Boulder Plastic Surgery | Boulder, CO Full-Time | $32-$40/hour + Production-Based Bonus Boulder Plastic Surgery is looking for an experienced, motivated Medical Aesthetician / Laser Specialist to join our growing aesthetics team. Why You'll Love This Role Competitive base pay of $32-$40/hour , based on experience Production-based bonus opportunity with meaningful earning potential Work with advanced Sciton laser technology Established plastic surgery practice with a strong existing patient base Opportunity to work closely with experienced plastic surgeons, nurses, and other aesthetic professionals No high-pressure or aggressive sales environment Ability to build and grow your own loyal patient following within an established practice Ongoing training and opportunities to expand your skills Medical-grade skincare and advanced treatment options Supportive, professional team environment Excellent benefits and long-term growth potential What You'll Do Perform advanced laser and light-based treatments using our Sciton platform Perform treatments such as BBL/IPL, HALO, ProFractional, resurfacing treatments, and other modalities based on training and experience Provide medical-grade skincare treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other aesthetic services Conduct thoughtful, comprehensive patient consultations Develop customized treatment plans based on each patient's goals, skin concerns, and lifestyle Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, maintenance, and realistic expectations Recommend appropriate treatments, treatment combinations, packages, and medical-grade skincare products Build strong, lasting relationships with patients through excellent care and follow-up Maintain accurate documentation and treatment photography Follow laser safety standards, treatment protocols, and clinical policies Collaborate closely with our surgeons, nursing staff, and aesthetics team Help continue growing and developing our aesthetics program Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is experienced and polished, but also warm, approachable, and genuinely enjoys taking care of patients. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a current Colorado aesthetician or cosmetology license Have experience working in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or a high-quality medical spa Have laser experience; Sciton experience is highly preferred Have experience with BBL/IPL, HALO, ProFractional, or similar advanced laser technologies Have a strong understanding of skin health, treatment planning, and medical-grade skincare Are confident performing consultations and recommending treatments Enjoy educating patients rather than simply "selling" to them Are motivated by building relationships, delivering great results, and growing your practice Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Are professional, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Take patient safety and treatment quality seriously Enjoy being part of a collaborative team Are looking for a long-term opportunity where you can continue to grow professionally Compensation & Benefits $32-$40 per hour , based on experience Production-based bonus Health insurance Paid time off Paid sick time Paid holidays 401(k) Employee discounts on aesthetic treatments and skincare Continuing education and training opportunities About Boulder Plastic Surgery Boulder Plastic Surgery is an established plastic surgery practice that has served the Boulder community for decades.
