+ Wellness is a boutique dermatology and medical aesthetics practice in Boulder, Colorado. We specialize in personalized skin care, advanced aesthetic treatments, and natural-looking results, with an emphasis on exceptional patient experiences. We are looking for an experienced, personable, and self-motivated Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team. With an established facial clientele and a thriving VIP membership program, we are expanding our esthetics schedule to provide patients with more appointment availability. This position is ideal for someone who loves performing facials, building lasting patient relationships, and helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful skin. We are looking for a professional who is confident working independently and takes pride in delivering a consistently exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Perform customized facials and professional skincare treatments, including DiamondGlow, dermaplane, dry microdermabrasion and chemical peels. Perform lash lifts and tints and facial waxing with confidence and proficiency. Independently manage patient appointments, including check-in, check-out, treatment, and rebooking. Accurately document treatment notes, products used, and relevant visit details in our electronic medical record (EMR) system. Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate home-care products. Develop lasting patient relationships and encourage ongoing skincare maintenance. Help support and grow our VIP facial membership program. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment. Collaborate with our dermatology and medical aesthetics providers to deliver comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Required Active Colorado aesthetician license. Minimum of 5 years of professional esthetics experience. Demonstrated proficiency in lash lifts and lash tinting and facial waxing. Strong experience with customized facials and professional skincare treatments. Ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Comfortable with computers and electronic patient charting. Dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about skincare. Preferred Experience in a medical aesthetics or dermatology practice. Experience with DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, chemical peels and professional facial treatments. Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products. Strong skincare retail sales skills. Experience using an EMR or practice management system. Schedule and Flexibility This is a flexible, part-time position beginning with Wednesdays, Thursdays, and two Fridays per month. Hours will be scheduled based on patient appointments within our 10:00 AM-6:00 PM treatment schedule, with the opportunity to build additional hours as patient demand increases. We are looking for someone interested in growing with our practice and developing a consistent patient schedule over time. Additional Fridays and potential Saturday opportunities may become available in the future. Compensation and Perks Competitive hourly pay of $28-$32, depending on experience. Additional commission on facial services. Commission on skincare product sales. No reliance on patient tipping; facial service commissions are paid directly by the practice.
