Room Expert Treatment Delivery:

Perform advanced facials, chemical peels, and specialized skin treatments with precision and artistry.

Skin Mentorship:

Act as a thought leader within the spa, staying ahead of industry trends and educating clients on long-term skin health.

Bespoke Consultations:

Conduct in-depth skin analysis and design highly personalized home-care programs.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain an impeccably clean, organized, and stocked treatment environment.

Leadership:

Key Responsibilities Curated Treatments:

Perform high-end, customized facials using Sorella Apothecary protocols.

Retail Artistry:

Use your expertise to curate home-care regimens, earning additional commission on all retail sales.

Brand Ambassadorship:

Act as the primary expert for Pure Elevations, ensuring every client receives an "elevated" experience from consultation to checkout.

Sanitation & Standards:

Maintain a pristine, luxury environment that exceeds state board and brand standards.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a high-end spa or medical aesthetic environment.

Licensure:

Active State Esthetician or Master Esthetician License.

Expertise:

Deep knowledge of skin histology, ingredient chemistry, and advanced manual techniques.

Dedication:

A proven track record of "above and beyond" client retention and satisfaction.

Professionalism:

Exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor. A deep passion for Clean Beauty and botanical chemistry.
