Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced spa environment . The ideal candidate has a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, is passionate about client care, and thrives in a team-oriented setting. Experience with the Eminence Organic Skincare line is a big plus! Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic services including: Facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions Advanced treatments: dermaplaning, enzyme peels, microdermabrasion Create a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for every guest Conduct client consultations to recommend appropriate services and home care products Assist with front desk duties such as: Scheduling appointments Managing client records Promoting and selling retail skincare products Utilize salon software to track appointments and client history Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals Qualifications Valid Esthetician License in the state of practice (Required) Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with retail sales (Preferred) Knowledge of makeup application techniques (Preferred) Familiarity with nail services is a plus Med spa or laser treatment experience is a bonus Comfortable using salon management software Dependable, professional, and able to work flexible hours Why Work With Us?
