We are seeking an experienced, polished, and growth-oriented Medical Aesthetician to join our collaborative team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside an oculoplastic surgeon and experienced aesthetic providers in a medically driven, high-end environment focused on advanced facial rejuvenation, perioperative skincare, and comprehensive treatment planning. What You'll Do Perform advanced laser, light-based, energy-based, and aesthetic treatments, including: Halo® Moxi® BBL® Morpheus8® RF microneedling SkinPen® microneedling DiamondGlow® Chemical peels Dermaplaning Develop thoughtful combination-treatment strategies based on each patient's needs and goals Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and create customized annual treatment plans Educate patients on medical-grade skincare products and personalized homecare regimens Support surgical patients with appropriate preoperative and postoperative skincare recommendations Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans to support safe, effective outcomes Maintain accurate EMR documentation, treatment records, and standardized before-and-after photography Collaborate closely with the surgeon, injector, and patient care team to create a seamless patient experience Support patient retention, pre-booking, membership participation, and responsible practice growth Participate in educational social media content, treatment demonstrations, and practice marketing initiatives Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable regulations Required Qualifications Active Colorado esthetician license in good standing Minimum of two years of recent, hands-on experience performing laser, light-based, or energy-based aesthetic treatments Experience working in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, facial aesthetics, or other medically supervised aesthetic setting Strong knowledge of skin health, skincare ingredients, treatment planning, contraindications, and patient education Demonstrated ability to consult with patients and recommend appropriate treatment and homecare plans Professional, polished, dependable, and highly organized Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Confidence discussing treatment plans and skincare recommendations through an authentic, educational, and non-pushy approach Experience with every device listed above is not required. Training on the practice's specific platforms and treatment protocols will be provided; however, prior hands-on laser or energy-based treatment experience is required.
