Responsibilities Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to improve skin health and appearance. Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products. Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Deliver excellent customer service by listening carefully to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience. Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and treatment packages that align with client goals. Support deep tissue massage sessions when applicable, enhancing overall relaxation and wellness. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification as required by state or local regulations. Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, facials. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products. Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards at all times. Ability to perform retail sales confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience with product demos and explaining skincare benefits clearly to clients.
