Experience working in an acute care setting.Preferred:
One year working in an acute care, pediatric environment. EducationRequired:
Graduate from an approved education program in Radiologic Technology or MRI. TrainingRequired:
None required. Specialized SkillsRequired:
Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively and professionally with others. Be assertive and consistent in enforcing policies; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure. Able to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal. Able to use compute and software programs necessary to the position e.g. Microsoft Office Suite. Able to work well under pressure; problem solve; organize and prioritize workload; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail. LicensureRequired:
American Reg Rad Tech- Magnetic Resonance (ARRT-MR); Basic Life Support (BLS); Venipuncture Certificate.
Preferred:
Certified Radiologic Tech- CA; American Reg Rad Tech
- Radiography (ARRT-R). Work Environments
