Esthetics/CryoSlimming Technician - DistrictCryo D.C.
Location:
Shaw, Washington D.C.
Schedule:
Part-Time (25-30 hours per week)
Training Provided:
CryoContour by Artemis Neveskin Position Overview The Esthetics Technician will provide exceptional client care while performing aesthetic and body contouring treatments. The ideal candidate is friendly, polished, detail-oriented, and passionate about wellness, beauty, and client service. Aesthetics-centered, healthcare, or business career goals are preferred, and comprehensive training will be provided on CryoContour. Responsibilities Perform body contouring and wellness treatments following company protocols Deliver a luxury client experience from consultation through treatment completion Build strong relationships with clients and foster long-term loyalty Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and presentation-ready Support front desk operations and scheduling when needed Uphold all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Represent the District Cryo brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members Qualifications Esthetics, spa, medspa, or beauty industry experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor Ability to build rapport and create a welcoming experience for clients Detail-oriented with a commitment to consistency and quality Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Reliable, organized, and accountable Comfortable learning new technologies and treatment protocols Basic computer and scheduling software proficiency Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate: Has a passion for beauty, wellness, and client care Enjoys creating meaningful client relationships Takes pride in personal presentation and professionalism Thrives in a luxury service environment Is eager to learn and grow within the aesthetics and wellness industry Works well independently while contributing to a strong team culture Pays close attention to detail and delivers a consistently excellent experience What We Offer 15-20 hours per week with scheduling flexibility Paid training on CryoContour Opportunities for professional development and advancement Employee wellness and treatment benefits Supportive, team-focused workplace culture
