Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a 5-Star Member Experience Create a welcoming, high-energy environment where every guest feels seen, cared for, and valued. Personalize every consultation by listening, educating, and recommending treatment paths aligned with their skincare goals. Drive Membership Growth Convert new guests into Members through confident, educational, and trust-driven conversations. Support Studio Operations Maintain GLO30's standard of cleanliness and modern aesthetics in studio and treatment areas. Collaborate + Lead Participate in daily team huddles and goal reviews. Partner with management on KPIs, performance goals, and team energy. Be a culture driver—positive, professional, and passionate about the GLO30 brand.
What We're Looking For Education:
Esthetician License in
Washington, DC Experience:
2+ years in esthetics / sales, hospitality, or restaurant industry preferred (but a growth mindset and enthusiasm go even further).
Skills:
Strong communicator, confident in building trust, motivated by goals, and naturally service oriented.
Professionalism:
Polished, dependable, and detail-driven—someone who loves structure and excellence.
Flexibility:
Must be available on weekends and evenings to match member schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform skincare treatments, including microdermabrasion and other modalities like high frequency, with precision and care. Recommend and educate guests and members on skincare products and memberships to meet their unique needs. Drive sales through exceptional service and proactive recommendations, earning bonuses and commissions. Build long-lasting relationships with guests and members by delivering outstanding results and personalized care. Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment room and studio environment. Requirements:
Must hold a valid Washington, DC Esthetics License to perform treatments. At least 2 years of professional experience in a spa, studio, or clinical setting.
