We offer a wide range of grooming services, including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and other men's grooming treatments. Position Summary We are seeking a talented, licensed Full Specialist to join our Boca Raton team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and nail care, provides exceptional customer service, and enjoys working in a luxury environment dedicated to men's grooming. This is an excellent opportunity to build a loyal clientele while working alongside a professional team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Perform professional men's manicures and pedicures. Provide customized facial treatments based on each client's skin type and concerns. Perform facial and body waxing services in accordance with Florida regulations. Recommend appropriate retail skincare and grooming products. Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and infection control. Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked. Educate clients on proper skincare and nail maintenance. Build lasting relationships through outstanding service and professionalism. Collaborate with barbers and team members to create a complete luxury grooming experience. Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes. Assist in promoting seasonal services, memberships, and retail products. Qualifications Current Florida Full Specialist License (required). Previous experience in a spa, salon, or barbershop preferred. Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols. Experience performing manicures, pedicures, facials, and waxing. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Preferred Skills Men's grooming experience. Retail sales experience. Knowledge of luxury skincare brands. Ability to build and retain clientele.
