In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and laser procedures to help clients achieve their beauty and skincare goals. You will play a vital role in enhancing clients' confidence while providing exceptional care and personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments with precision and safety, following established protocols. Perform laser treatments such as esthetic laser therapy, chemical peels, and dermabrasion to improve skin health and appearance. Educate clients on various aesthetic treatments. Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients during all procedures. Manage client consultations to assess needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations through clear communication. Utilize salon software like Millennium or

for scheduling appointments, client records, and treatment documentation. Assist with retail sales of skincare products and promote new services through social media management and product demos. Support front desk operations by welcoming guests, managing appointment bookings, and ensuring seamless guest services. Uphold high standards of customer service by fostering positive client relationships and encouraging repeat visits. Stay current with industry trends in esthetic laser treatment, Cosmetology practices, and advanced injection techniques to continually enhance skills. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty or med spa industry with a focus on aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, or laser therapy. Certification or licensing in nursing, Cosmetology, or related fields is highly preferred; experience administering injections is essential. Familiarity with management software like Millennium or

for scheduling and client management. Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols to maintain a safe treatment environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about procedures and aftercare. Experience in social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online is a plus.
