The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, Sales capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Vagaro experience is preferred. Duties

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage phone calls directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain office organization through effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Assist with calling Leads [potential clients] and scheduling them
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and enhance client satisfaction.
• Work Vagaro and Acuity
• Knowledge in skincare and medical spa treatments Experience
• Previous front desk or receptionist experience is preferred, ideally in a Med Spas
• Proficiency in computer skills and scheduling experience
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
• Experience in office management or administrative roles is a plus, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Having a background in customer service or support roles position.
