Job Overview We are seeking a passionate, professional Licensed Esthetician/ Licensed Electrologist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, results-driven, and enjoys building long-term relationships while helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Responsibilities Perform advanced treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, RF Microneedling, etc Perform laser hair removal, IPLs and body contouring treatments Conduct comprehensive consultations Develop customized treatment plans based on a range of client concerns Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and home care Recommend retail products and maintenance treatments Discuss memberships and package options with appropriate patients Take quality before and after photos Maintain accurate charting and treatment documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room Follow all safety, infection control, and spa protocols Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up Assist with content creation and social media, community outreach and networking Meet industry standard KPI's such as rebooking and retentions rates, client follow ups, etc. Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on or related aesthetic treatments. Knowledge of salon software systems like Mangomint for appointment management and client communication Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a salon or spa environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships Certification or licensing as an Electrologist and Esthetician as required by local regulations Ability to perform multiple aesthetic procedures including skin rejuvenation treatments like chemical peels or microdermabrasion while maintaining high standards of sanitation Join our team to deliver transformative beauty experiences that boost confidence and enhance well-being!
