if you are comfortable with men's intimate areas. Perform customized facial treatments based on each guest's skin type, concerns, and goals. Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations. Educate guests on ingredients, treatment plans, and professional skincare routines. Create customized home care recommendations using Eminence Organic Skin Care. Utilize our Personal Skincare Concierge program to help guests continue their results at home. Recommend professional skincare products with confidence, honesty, and integrity. Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and prepared for every guest. Follow Spa Northwest treatment protocols and service standards. Participate in continuing education, team meetings, and product training. Work collaboratively with massage therapists and front desk staff to provide an exceptional guest experience. Uphold the professionalism, reputation, and values of Spa Northwest. Assist team in clean up around the store, which includes your personal room, equipment and sheets Qualifications Current Florida Esthetician License in good standing. Previous spa experience preferred. Experience with Eminence Organic Skin Care is strongly preferred. Passion for holistic, results-driven skincare. Excellent communication and consultation skills. Comfortable educating clients and building customized home care routines. Strong retail recommendation skills with a service-first mindset. Professional appearance and demeanor.
