The ideal candidate is a perfectionist with a passion for facial aesthetics and hair removal. In this role, you will provide a wide range of high-quality services, from precision eyebrow threading and lamination to luxury eyelash extensions and restorative facials. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on their technical "eye" and their ability to provide a relaxing, professional experience for every client.
Responsibilities Precision Brow Shaping:
Perform eyebrow threading and waxing to create symmetrical, flattering shapes tailored to the client's face.
Advanced Brow Artistry:
Provide eyebrow tinting and lamination services to enhance fullness and definition.
Lash Enhancement:
Apply high-quality eyelash extensions and perform lash lifts and tints with a focus on natural lash health.
Full Body Waxing:
Conduct efficient and comfortable waxing services for various body areas, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene.
Skincare & Facials:
Analyze client skin types and perform customized facials, extractions, and treatments based on individual needs.
Consultation:
Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals, explain aftercare, and recommend retail products to maintain results.
Sanitization:
Maintain a pristine workstation and strictly follow state board sanitation and sterilization protocols.
Requirements Licensure:
Active Florida State Esthetician or Cosmetology license is required.
Experience:
Professional experience in threading and eyelash extensions (portfolio or demo may be requested).
Technical Skill:
Proficiency in brow lamination, lash lifting, and various body waxing techniques.
Client Service:
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Availability:
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Physical Stamina:
Comfort with standing for long periods and performing detailed work that requires steady hands and sharp focus.
