$20-$25 per hour, based on experience, plus commission and tips About the Opportunity We are a growing plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Licensed Medical Aesthetician / Laser Specialist to join our team. We are specifically seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience performing treatments with InMode technologies and PicoSure Pro. The ideal candidate is confident performing advanced aesthetic and laser treatments, knowledgeable in medical-grade skincare, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and results. We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated professional who can work independently, build lasting patient relationships, and actively contribute to the growth of our practice. Key Responsibilities Independently perform medical aesthetic, laser, and body contouring treatments within applicable licensure and practice protocols. Conduct comprehensive skincare consultations, evaluate patient concerns, and develop personalized treatment and skincare recommendations. Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and pre- and post-treatment care. Build and maintain strong patient relationships through exceptional customer service, patient outreach, and follow-up. Promote aesthetic treatments and medical-grade skincare products while working toward monthly sales goals. Collaborate with providers and team members to create engaging daily social media content and promote practice services. Maintain accurate patient documentation using the practice's scheduling and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Manage inventory of skincare products, treatment supplies, and aesthetic-related items. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment, including equipment cleaning, disinfection, sterilization as appropriate, stocking, and laundry. Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Required Qualifications Current Florida Electrology License and Aesthetics License. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with InMode aesthetic technologies and PicoSure Pro. Proven experience performing laser treatments, medical aesthetics, and body contouring procedures. Strong understanding of laser safety, treatment protocols, patient assessment, and post-treatment care. Ability to confidently perform treatments with minimal supervision while following physician-directed protocols and applicable licensing requirements. Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare and the ability to recommend customized treatment plans. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills. Sales-oriented mindset with experience recommending appropriate aesthetic treatments and skincare products. Highly organized, reliable, professional, and motivated. Experience with scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR). Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed.
