With our innovative and scientific based product line, we give our clients the best of science and nature with our skincare services. We offer a variety of skincare services including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, RF therapy, anti-aging, etc. We pride ourselves on providing the best services and care in the Pinellas County area and we are looking for someone who can uphold our exceptional standards. As a staff member with Clearwater Facial Spa you will need: Maintain an active an esthetics license Carry liability insurance Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations Must have chemical peel certification and experience with microdermabrasion Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services Design and create progressive treatment plans, including home-care regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals Create an excellent experience through your friendly and knowledgable attitude Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff Keep detailed notes about client's through spa management software Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and meetings
