RevIVe Medical Spa is looking for a talented, motivated Lash Artist / Licensed Esthetician to join our growing aesthetics team. We are a high-end, physician-led medical spa focused on providing an elevated, luxury experience while delivering beautiful, natural-looking results. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, loves building relationships with clients, and is excited about the opportunity to grow their clientele and income within a medical aesthetics environment. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is experienced and confident in: Classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions Lash fills and maintenance Lash lifts and tints Brow shaping, waxing, tinting, and/or lamination Maintaining exceptional sanitation and treatment-room standards Creating a polished, luxury experience from consultation through checkout Building strong client relationships and encouraging rebooking and retention Facial/esthetic experience is highly preferred. Candidates who can also perform customized facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, skincare consultations, and other esthetic services are especially encouraged to apply. Permanent makeup experience/certification is a HUGE plus! We would love to meet someone interested in helping us expand services such as brows, lip blush, or other permanent cosmetic treatments, provided all applicable licensing and facility requirements are met. Some flexibility, including select evenings and/or Saturdays, is preferred. Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience with strong commission, bonus, retail, and growth opportunities. Pay:

$20.00 - $85.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 25.0 per week
