Medical Spa / Body Contouring / Skin & Wellness Treatments Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and client-focused Massage Therapist / Esthetician or Medical Assistant to join our growing med spa in Deerfield Beach, FL. This is a dual-role position for someone who can support both the body treatment side of the spa and the clinical/aesthetic side of the business. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with massage, lymphatic drainage, body treatments, client care, treatment room flow, and either skincare services or medical assistant responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working full time, supporting multiple treatment categories, helping clients understand their treatment plans, and contributing to a polished, professional med spa experience. This is not just a massage role. We are looking for someone who can assist with client consultations, treatment preparation, body contouring support, skincare or medical assistant duties, documentation, before-and-after photos, and package recommendations. Key ResponsibilitiesMassage, Lymphatic & Body Treatments Perform body-focused treatments within your license, training, and scope of practice, which may include: Therapeutic massage Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage Post-treatment lymphatic support Body contouring support treatments Cellulite-smoothing massage techniques Detox and drainage-focused body treatments Pre- and post-body-contouring massage Manual lymphatic support for swelling, fluid retention, and bloating Treatment room setup, sanitation, and client preparation The ideal candidate should understand the importance of lymphatic drainage, circulation, inflammation reduction, and client comfort in body contouring and wellness protocols. Facial Specialist:
Medical-grade facials Hydrafacial-style treatments Dermaplaning Chemical peels, if trained and permitted Acne and pigmentation-supportive skincare treatments Pre- and post-treatment skincare support Product recommendations and home-care education Treatment room preparation for facials and skin services Body Contouring & Device Support Cavitation Radiofrequency Cryolipolysis / fat freezing support EMS / muscle stimulation Vacuum therapy Sauna or detox body treatments Lymphatic drainage after body contouring Cellulite and skin-tightening protocols Client measurements and progress tracking The ideal candidate does not need to know every machine, but should be comfortable learning protocols, following safety guidelines, and explaining treatments clearly to clients. Required Qualifications Active Florida Massage Therapist license required. Must also have one of the following: Active Florida Facial Specialist / Esthetician / Cosmetology license, or Medical Assistant certification or relevant medical assistant experience. Full-time or Part Time availability required. Professional, warm, reliable, and client-focused. Strong communication and client education skills. Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and documentation. Willingness to learn new treatments, devices, and protocols. Strongly Preferred Qualifications Experience with Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage. Experience with body contouring treatments. Experience with cavitation, RF, vacuum therapy, EMS, cryolipolysis, sauna, or detox body treatments. Experience with medical-grade facials, Hydrafacial-style treatments, dermaplaning, or peels. Medical assistant experience in a med spa, dermatology, wellness, or aesthetic setting. Comfortable taking measurements and before-and-after photos. Comfortable recommending packages and supporting sales. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese preferred. Social media presence or willingness to appear in educational/promotional content preferred.
Pay:
$20.00 - $40.00 per hour
