Overview Join our dynamic team as an Aesthetic Injector (Must be a APRN-NP), where you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' confidence and natural beauty through advanced aesthetic treatments. As an integral part of our med spa or aesthetic clinic, you will utilize your skills to perform minimally invasive treatments that help clients look and feel their best. Duties Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers with precision, safety, and artistry. Perform injectable treatments such as Stem Cell/Exosome/PRP Hair Regeneration Injections and Joint Injections Perform BHRT Pellet insertions. Conduct skin assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client's aesthetic goals. Conduct health assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client's hormone and health goals. Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, including client records and treatment details, using salon or med spa management software . Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product benefits to ensure informed decision-making. Manage client appointments efficiently while providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience from consultation through follow-up. Uphold strict sanitation and safety protocols to maintain a clean, sterile environment for all treatments. Assist with product demonstrations, social media management, and marketing efforts to promote services and engage with the community. Treatments will be performed at Dunedin and Largo offices along with Chiropractor partners. Skills Proven experience in cosmetic injections such as Botox, dermal fillers, or other esthetic laser treatments within a med spa or similar setting. Proven experience in Stem Cell/Exosome/ PRP injections within a med spa or similar setting. Proven experience in Hormone Injections and Pellet treatments within a med spa or similar setting. Proven experience in GLP1 and Peptide injections within a med spa or similar setting. Strong management skills for scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and coordinating daily operations. Proficiency with med spa software systems like Vagaro for booking and record keeping. Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and foster lasting relationships. Knowledge of sanitation standards, body waxing, hair threading, nail care, makeup application, hair styling, eyelash extensions, tattooing, hair extensions, and other esthetic services is highly desirable. Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes; experience creating engaging content is a plus. Strong retail sales skills combined with hospitality-minded guest service approach to ensure clients feel valued and cared for at every visit.
