This is not a basic spa position — we are looking for someone who is confident, polished, and knows how to deliver results AND close treatments . What we're looking for: Licensed aesthetician (Florida) Proven experience in a med spa environment Strong consultation & sales skills (this is a MUST) Passion for skincare, anti-aging, and client results Professional appearance and high-end client approach Ability to build trust and convert clients into long-term packages Team player with a positive, driven attitude

Responsibilities:

Perform advanced aesthetic treatments (facials, skin treatments, body treatments, etc.) Conduct consultations and recommend treatment plans Educate clients and confidently sell packages & products Maintain detailed client notes and before/after documentation Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level client experience What we offer: High earning potential (base + commission) Established, busy med spa with strong lead flow Supportive team and structured systems Opportunity to grow within a premium brand
