Duties Perform a variety of skincare services including facials, body treatments, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions with precision and care Conduct advanced esthetic procedures such as laser treatments and deep tissue massage to enhance client results Provide thorough consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend suitable treatments, and educate clients on skincare routines and product use Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations Assist clients with retail product demos, upselling skincare products, and promoting additional services to enhance their experience Deliver professional makeup applications and nail care services as needed to meet client preferences Support the team by staying current on industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge to ensure top-tier service delivery Qualifications Valid state license as a Certified or Licensed Aesthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices Experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application is highly preferred Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and recommend personalized skincare solutions Demonstrated commitment to sanitation protocols and safety standards in all treatments performed Ability to provide excellent customer service while managing multiple client appointments efficiently Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote products confidently and increase client satisfaction Additional skills such as deep tissue massage, nail care, or certifications in advanced aesthetic procedures are a plus Join us in creating a positive impact through beauty and wellness!
