Job description Wild Berry Tea Spa is looking for a talented Dual Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician to join our boutique tea-inspired spa team. We are seeking someone passionate about wellness, skincare, and guest experience who enjoys working in a calm, supportive, luxury spa environment. We believe in quality over volume environment with loyal clientele and supportive spa culture. Our spa is known for personalized treatments, relaxing tea rituals, and a loyal returning clientele. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing both massage and skincare services in a quality-focused atmosphere.

Compensation:
Earn approximately $32
  • 68 per service plus tips, 10 % products commission and 20% commission from Add-ons.
Rates varied based on service length and experience. Facial/skincare commissions Retail commission opportunities
Tips Responsibilities:
Perform massage therapy services customized to guest needs Provide professional facial and skincare treatments Recommend appropriate homecare products Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in treatment rooms Deliver exceptional guest experiences
Requirements:
Active Florida Massage Therapy License Active Florida Esthetician or Facial Specialist License Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Strong customer service skills Weekend availability preferred Experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
