PART TIME NEEDED 2-3

days per week. Are you a passionate, experienced esthetician with a loyal clientele and a vision for exceptional skincare services? Coastal Health & Medical Spa is seeking our first in-house esthetician to lead the charge as we expand our offerings and grow our wellness-focused practice. We've been proudly serving our community for just over a year, providing high-quality medical and wellness services in a calming, client-centered environment. Now, we're excited to add and expand our esthetic services — and we're looking for the right person to help shape what that looks like. This is a rare opportunity to: Step into a leadership role and help define our esthetic service menu Work alongside medical professionals in a supportive, collaborative setting Bring your established book of business into a growing, upscale med spa Influence product lines, treatment protocols, and client experience standards

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Esthetician (State Licensed) Ideally 2+ years of experience in a med spa or advanced skincare environment Skilled in advanced treatments (e.g., chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, etc.) Professional, self-motivated, and client-focused Someone who thrives with independence but values team collaboration An existing client base is strongly preferred Experience with Hydrafacial Experience with ZO products Experience with microneedling
