You'll split your time between providing esthetic services and supporting our Client Care team, gaining valuable experience that sets you up for long-term success. Perform customized facial treatments Hydrafacial and DiamondGlow treatments Chemical peels Dermaplaning and exfoliation services SkinPen Microneedling Cryotherapy facial and body treatments Educate clients on home skincare routines and product recommendations Recommend treatment plans that help clients achieve their skincare goals Promote memberships, treatment upgrades, and retail skincare products Maintain treatment rooms, sanitation standards, and inventory Assist with daily inventory counts and stocking Client Care Coordinator Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling and questions Check clients in and out Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Assist with membership enrollments, transfers, and account updates Introduce prospective clients to Couture Med Spa and our services Educate clients on available treatments (final treatment plans provided by licensed providers) Assist providers before, during, and after treatments Take before-and-after photos and review medical history paperwork Chart treatments and treatment settings Prepare treatment rooms between clients Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment Support community events, promotions, and special events when needed Who You Are We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about aesthetics and helping others feel confident Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and eager to learn Organized with strong attention to detail Positive, dependable, and professional Comfortable discussing skincare products, memberships, and treatment recommendations Excited to grow within a company that believes in promoting from within Qualifications Florida Facial Specialist License required 2+ years of esthetic experience preferred Previous customer service experience Basic computer skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Evening and Saturday availability required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Commission opportunities Gratuities Retail sales incentives Employee pricing on services and retail products Health, dental, and vision insurance (eligible employees) Career growth opportunities within Couture Med Spa Why Couture Med Spa?
