At least one consistent day per week, with potential to expand We are an established family medicine, urgent care, and integrative wellness practice expanding our aesthetic service offerings. We already serve a strong and loyal patient population and are looking for the right injector to help us thoughtfully build and grow our injectable services. This opportunity is ideal for an injector who is clinically confident, highly communicative, and passionate about delivering natural-looking results while building strong long-term patient relationships. Our approach is education-first and solutions-based. We believe patients should understand their options, receive recommendations based on their individual concerns and goals, and feel confident in the treatment plan developed for them. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations Assess patient goals, concerns, facial anatomy, and treatment appropriateness Develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans Perform injectable treatments within the provider's approved clinical scope Administer neuromodulator treatments based on practice offerings Perform dermal filler treatments where appropriate Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, preparation, and aftercare Deliver natural, balanced outcomes aligned with patient goals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Maintain appropriate treatment and photo documentation Follow established clinical safety protocols Provide appropriate post-treatment follow-up Build strong long-term patient relationships Support appropriate rebooking and ongoing treatment planning Collaborate with Dr. Bakus and Suncoast's clinical provider team Coordinate aesthetic recommendations with the practice's growing wellness and aesthetic offerings Stay current with aesthetic techniques, products, safety standards, and continuing education Participate in patient education, practice events, or aesthetic growth initiatives when appropriate Qualifications Active and unrestricted Florida professional license appropriate to the role Legally eligible to perform aesthetic injectable treatments within the applicable scope of practice Previous hands-on aesthetic injectable experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection principles Experience conducting aesthetic consultations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Patient-centered and safety-focused approach Professional and dependable Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation Ability to collaborate within an established medical practice Preferred Experience Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or comparable neuromodulators Dermal fillers Facial balancing Comprehensive facial assessment Medical aesthetics Dermatology Plastic surgery Med spa experience Laser Treatment Experience Integrative or wellness medicine Patient retention and rebooking Electronic medical record documentation Experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus but not required. Pay:

$55.00 - $65.00 per hour
