About the Brand & Role We are launching a competition-free, ultra-premium treatment that delivers visible results within an indulgent client journey. Ideal for estheticians or massage therapists who are passionate about precision modalities, refined technique, and client education at the highest level. You will perform hands-on body sculpting and facial services delivering a technique that harmonizes artistry, science, and relaxation. Play a pivotal role in shaping a new standard of luxury service in Florida and contribute to brand-building efforts. Key Responsibilities Deliver advanced hands-on body sculpting treatments with exceptional safety, comfort, and measurable results. Customize treatment protocols based on client goals and contraindications; document plans precisely. Maintain pristine treatment rooms, uphold sterilization standards, and ensure equipment hygiene in compliance with Florida regulations and brand SOPs. Conduct thorough consultations, capture client goals, document progress, and tailor aftercare plans. Upsell and educate clients on maintenance programs, retail products, and ongoing care that enhances results. Stay current with evolving techniques and certifications related to the brand's offerings. Foster a safe, welcoming, and luxurious environment; collect feedback to elevate service quality. Participate in brand events, trainings, and promotional activities as needed. Required Qualifications Valid and active Esthetician or Massage Therapy License for Florida. Superior manual dexterity, adaptive pressure modulation, and excellent client rapport. Impeccable communication, professionalism, and a client-centric mindset. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed. Commitment to safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. Preferred Qualifications Experience in luxury spa, medical spa, or boutique wellness settings. Ability to contribute to client education, social media content, and brand advocacy.
