$20/hour + performance-based bonuses Benefits Health Insurance 401(k) Paid Vacation Employee discounts on services and products About the Role A busy and growing medical aesthetics practice in Leesburg, Florida is seeking a Licensed Esthetician with an active Electrolysis License to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about skin health, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and delivers results-driven treatments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Perform aesthetic services such as facials, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments Provide electrolysis hair removal services in compliance with safety and licensing standards Conduct skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare routines and professional products Recommend services and retail products based on client needs Maintain accurate and compliant treatment documentation Support clinic growth through rebooking and treatment plan recommendations Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper maintenance of treatment areas Collaborate with team members to deliver a high-quality client experience Qualifications Active Florida Esthetician License Electrolysis License (required) 2+ years of experience in a med spa, dermatology, or aesthetic setting preferred Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and medical-grade products Ability to recommend and explain treatment plans confidently Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus performance bonuses Established and busy practice with consistent client flow Supportive and collaborative work environment Access to advanced treatments and ongoing training Opportunities for career growth within a growing practice Apply today to join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional skincare results and outstanding client care.
