Starting at $20/hour + performance-based bonuses (based on experience) Benefits Health Insurance 401(k) Paid Vacation Employee discounts on services and products About the Role A busy and growing medical aesthetics practice in Leesburg, Florida is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician with an Electrolysis License to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated aesthetic professional who enjoys creating customized treatment plans, building long-term client relationships, and delivering results-driven skincare services. We are looking for someone who is passionate about skin health, patient education, and providing an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced, collaborative medical environment. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, and medical-grade skin treatments Provide electrolysis hair removal treatments in accordance with licensing and safety standards Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Create customized treatment packages tailored to patient goals Educate patients on skincare routines and medical-grade products Recommend and sell professional skincare products as part of treatment plans Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment notes Support clinic growth through patient rebooking, retail sales, and treatment packages Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes Qualifications Active Florida Esthetician License Electrolysis License (Required) 2+ years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic practice preferred Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatment protocols Experience developing customized skincare plans and treatment packages Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, pricing, and skincare products with patients Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude What We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunity to work in a busy, established medical aesthetics practice Supportive and collaborative team environment Access to advanced aesthetic treatments and ongoing education Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding practice
