Responsibilities The Spa Esthetician is responsible to perform cosmetology services to guests to ensure profitability, quality standards and services, and guest satisfaction. Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Perform facial, makeup, and wax services to guests and assure guest satisfaction. 2. Perform treatments to designed standards on a timely basis and provide superior guest services. 3. Obtain guest's basic medical history, assess any problems/conditions, and assure guest safety while performing services 4. Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. 5. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. 6. Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials. 7. Maintain towel, linen, and supplies. 8. Assist customers with questions and sell goods and products. 9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
