Competitive commission-based compensation + growth opportunities The Opportunity We are seeking an injector who is confident, personable, and passionate about aesthetics, with demonstrated experience with Sculptra and other injectable treatments. The ideal candidate has an artistic eye, excellent injection technique, strong patient communication skills, and a desire to grow with an expanding practice. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Administer Sculptra and other injectable treatments safely and effectively Perform Botox/Dysport and dermal filler treatments Assess facial anatomy and provide natural-looking aesthetic outcomes Educate patients regarding treatment options, expectations, aftercare, and potential risks Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory requirements Build strong relationships with patients and encourage long-term retention Represent Ezy Wellness professionally and contribute to the growth of the aesthetics division Participate in social media/content creation when appropriate Required Qualifications Active Florida RN, APRN/NP, PA, or physician license, as applicable Aesthetic injection experience required Sculptra experience strongly preferred Demonstrated experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and patient-focused approach Ability to work independently while collaborating with the medical team We're Looking For Someone Who Is ✨ Experienced and confident✨ Passionate about aesthetics✨ Skilled with Sculptra and advanced injectables✨ Focused on natural, high-quality results✨ Comfortable educating and building trust with patients✨ Entrepreneurial and interested in growing with the practice✨ Reliable, professional, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive commission-based compensation Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow your patient clientele Support from an established medical practice Marketing and promotional support Opportunity to participate in social media and brand development Professional, modern clinical environment Potential for expanded hours and leadership opportunities as the aesthetics division grows If you're an experienced aesthetic injector who loves creating natural results and has strong Sculptra experience, we'd love to hear from you.
