Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Aesthetic Injector to join our innovative med spa team. In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and other non-invasive procedures that enhance our clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued, informed, and inspired to achieve their aesthetic goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical precision with exceptional customer service, all while working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting. Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical cosmetic services with precision and care. Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic desires, assess their suitability for treatments, and develop personalized treatment plans. Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare procedures, and potential risks to ensure informed decision-making. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards and state regulations. Manage client records efficiently using advanced salon software appointments, and progress. Assist with product demonstrations and upselling skincare products or treatment packages to enhance client results and satisfaction. Collaborate with team members on social media management efforts to promote services and engage with the community online. Qualifications Valid state of Florida nursing license required
