In this role, you will provide expert skincare treatments, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster positive client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include performing skincare services, communicating effectively with clients, and assisting with client intake processes. This position offers opportunities for growth through upselling services and products, with compensation based on commissions. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic treatments such as facials, skin analysis, and other skincare services in accordance with licensed practices. Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and provide personalized recommendations. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout their visit, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing experience. Conduct patient or client intake by gathering relevant information to tailor treatments appropriately. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue. Maintain a clean, organized treatment area following safety and hygiene standards. Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Valid state esthetician license required. Proven experience in providing esthetic or skincare treatments preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of skincare products and current industry trends is a plus. Willingness to participate in upselling efforts to promote additional services and products.
