Our practice offers a luxury, personalized environment featuring high-end skincare and cutting-edge aesthetic treatments. We are looking for an experienced, passionate injector to join our growing team. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused aesthetic injector who is confident in delivering natural results while building long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is skilled in facial balancing, has strong consultation abilities, and thrives in a collaborative luxury-medspa environment. Responsibilities Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans Educate patients on treatments, skincare, and post-care instructions Maintain accurate and detailed patient charts Recommend appropriate skincare and treatment packages Assist with before-and-after photography and social media content when needed Maintain treatment room cleanliness and follow all safety protocols Provide an elevated patient experience from consultation to follow-up Qualifications Active NP, PA, or MD license in Florida Minimum 5 years of injectable experience preferred Experience with Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal fillers, and facial balancing Strong knowledge of facial anatomy Excellent communication and customer service skills Passion for aesthetics and continued education Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Existing clientele is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation structure Commission opportunities Ongoing training and education opportunities Growth opportunities within the company Supportive and collaborative work environment Schedule [Full-time / Part-time]
