In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and personalized skincare solutions that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion. Administer advanced laser treatments for skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and other cosmetic procedures with precision and safety. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results. Conduct product demonstrations and retail sales to promote skincare lines and spa products effectively. Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and providing excellent customer service from consultation through follow-up. Skills Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments and advanced skincare techniques such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, facials, and deep tissue massage. Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and the latest industry trends. Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly and build lasting relationships. Experience in retail sales to confidently recommend products that meet individual skincare needs. Commitment to sanitation standards and safety regulations at all times. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that makes clients feel valued. Candidate Must have Florida Electrologist License Laser and Light-Based Hair Removal Training Certification Experience with IPL/Laser Hair Removal Devices Works under Medical Director / Physician Supervision Join our team as a Med Spa Esthetician where your expertise will make a real difference in our clients' lives!
