Responsibilities Perform esthetic laser treatments with precision and care, ensuring safety and optimal results for each client Conduct a variety of skincare services such as dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to meet individual client needs Deliver deep tissue massages and product demos to educate clients on skincare routines and retail options Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, answering questions clearly, and recommending suitable treatments or products Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and explaining their benefits effectively Support the team with additional services like eyelash extensions or makeup applications to enhance client satisfaction Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in laser treatments or willing to obtain upon hire Proven experience in esthetic laser treatment, dermabrasion, body waxing, nail care, or related skincare services Strong communication skills to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with clients Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a hygienic treatment environment Ability to perform multiple treatments confidently while managing time efficiently Enthusiasm for learning new techniques such as eyelash extensions or deep tissue massage Prior experience in retail sales or product demos is a plus but not required Bring your passion for beauty and wellness into an energetic environment where you can make a real difference!
