Overview Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Esthetician and bring your passion for skincare, Non-Invasive body contouring, and wellness to life! In this vibrant role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, educate clients on skincare routines, and create a welcoming environment that inspires confidence. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and safety. Duties Provide professional esthetic services including facials, Radio- Frequency, Hydrofacials , dermabrasion, EMS, and Cryotherapy treatments to enhance clients' natural beauty. Perform specialized procedures such as Consultations , and medical/cosmetic record documentation using Boulevard/Nova POS systems. Maintain strict infection control and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on skincare routines, product and treatment recommendations, and aftercare instructions to promote ongoing skin/body health. Conduct retail sales of skincare products and MOST importantly sell treatment packages to maximize client satisfaction and business growth. Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and medical history in compliance with health regulations. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with proof of certification in cosmetology or related fields. Proven experience in providing esthetic treatments such as Radio-Frequency, EMS, Cryotherapy, and other Non-Invasive body contouring technologies Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, infection control practices, and safety procedures. Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and appointment management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
