Elixir Medical Spa is a luxury boutique medical spa in Naples, Florida, and we are looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator & Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is not a traditional receptionist position. We are looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and confidently guiding clients through consultations to help them choose the treatments that best fit their goals. If you enjoy talking with people, closing sales, and creating an unforgettable client experience, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with a warm, professional, luxury-level experience.
• Answer phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries.
• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Follow up with new leads and existing clients.
• Convert consultations into treatment plans and package sales.
• Educate clients on our services, memberships, skincare products, and financing options.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
• Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
• Work closely with our providers to ensure an outstanding client experience from start to finish. Qualifications
• Previous experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, luxury retail, or high-end sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to build trust and close sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and polished communication.
• Experience with Boulevard or similar scheduling software is a plus. Compensation
• Competitive hourly pay ($21-$24/hour based on experience)
