Position Overview:

Golden Hour Aesthetics is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Advanced Esthetician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on treatment room experience. The ideal candidate excels in advanced treatments such as microneedling, chemical peels, hydrafacials, and dermaplaning. We are looking for a results-driven professional eager to create transformative skincare experiences and build lasting client relationships in a luxurious, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced skincare services, including microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and customized facial treatments. Conduct in-depth client consultations to develop personalized treatment plans. Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend medical-grade products to achieve their skincare goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant treatment space in accordance with state regulations. Drive product sales by recommending appropriate retail products and achieving monthly sales goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and advanced skincare treatments. Support social media engagement by contributing content that reflects your expertise and passion. Provide occasional front desk support and assist with daily spa operations as needed. Willingness to actively contribute to the brand's social media presence.

This includes:

videos, reels, stories, educational content, and other approved social media initiatives that showcase the client experience, expertise, and services. sales

Qualifications:

Active Advanced Licensed Esthetician in Florida with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a luxury spa, med-spa, boutique wellness, or high-end hospitality environment. Certification in Dermaplaning required, with hands-on experience performing the treatment safely and confidently. Advanced expertise in microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other cutting-edge treatments. Ability to consistently deliver a luxury, five-star client experience from the moment a guest arrives through post-treatment follow-up. Proven experience working with high-profile, discerning, and luxury clientele who expect exceptional service, discretion, and attention to detail, and personal care. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele, create genuine clientele relationships, and turn first-time guests into long-term clients. Comfortable selling memberships and recurring services, with proven ability to communicate value of ongoing care and client results. Passionate about skincare, wellness, and helping clients achieve visible results and inner peace.

9:00am to 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
